You must be minimum 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order through this Website. You warrant that all information provided by You is accurate. Orders and acceptance of terms In order to place and order products through this Website, You must accept the Terms and Conditions, which You do by clicking “I agree to the Terms & Conditions” at the check-out. By clicking “Send order” You confirm Your order of the Products specified in Your order. Once You have clicked "Send order", we will contact you as soon as possible to provide delivery costs and a grand total of your specific order. Your order will be put into production once full payment has been confirmed by Us. Personal data We protect your privacy and security. Pricing policy All Product prices presented on the Website are presented in Euro or SEK and include value added tax. The price does not include payment fees and shipping cost, these are added separately. We reserve the right to change the prices on the Website at any time and correct any pricing errors that may occur. The prices may vary depending on the country You order from. The final price will be presented to You at the check-out. The shipping cost is based on the size and weight of the ordered products as well as the shipping address. We will contact you as soon as possible with the delivery costs and a grand total of your specific order. Natural material All Products shown on the Website are models that We present to make it easier for You as a customer to visualize and customize. All Products are made to order. We use natural material which means that the materials appearance, such as veins and color, will vary and may not look like the model presented on the Website. All Vanitas Products will be one of a kind. Natural material can be damaged by detergents, acids and other substances. Vanitas will not be held responsible for damages that occur due to usage. The purchaser acknowledges that natural stones vary in color, pattern and texture. Some stone types have uneven textures and even small holes, these are not defects but natural qualities of the material. The actual stone delivered may differ from the sample or picture(s) shown. The purchaser acknowledges that stone purchased in separate orders, at different occasions, cannot be guaranteed to match in texture or color as they might come from different stone blocks. Terms of delivery We offer a range of different shipping methods and delivery terms and conditions depending on the Product, the weight of your order and where you are located. We will contact you as soon as possible with the delivery costs and a grand total of your specific order. Production time is usually 4-6 weeks, if it should be shorter or longer than that you will be notified by mail as soon as possible. You will also be notified about the delivery date and approximate time of delivery as soon as your order dispatches. Transport damage When You receive your delivery from Vanitas, it is up to you as a customer to urgently examine and check if the packaging and/or the Product is damaged. Any potential damages detected on the packaging and/or the product has to be noted on the suppliers/postal pick up point's delivery note/assignment note. When You receive Your order by home delivery any damages on the package and/or Product must be noted on the delivery notice before the supplier leaves the point of delivery. Any damages on the package and/or Product must be documented with photos, with and without the packaging, and the pictures must be sent by email to info@vanitaasstudio.com within 7 days of delivery. Delay If the delivery should be delayed from what has been previously stated, We will not compensate any costs for loss of earnings or compensate for hired carpenters etc. We will not be held responsible for any damage arising from the announced delivery time having been exceeded. Returns & Refunds All our products are custom made, therefore we do not accept returns or refunds after the product is ordered and payed for, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product on the Website. Please make sure that you've carefully read the product description before making a purchase. Warranties Vanitas does not warrant that quality, suitability or usage of the Products conform to Your expectations. Vanitas is liable for Vanitas Products until they have reached the delivery address or to the extent permitted by local law. Limits on our liability Vanitas is not liable for any damages or any costs that occur in conjunction with mounting and usage of Vanitas Products. Vanitas is not liable for any damages or any costs that is a consequence of typographical errors or outdated information on the Website or to the extent permitted by local law. Force Majeure In event of war, strike, riot, cataclysm, long-time sickness, defaulted delivery from subcontractors, significant increase of the prices at the world market, and comparable events beyond the control or foreseeing of Vanitas, Vanitas is exempted from its obligations to fullfil these Terms of Conditions of Sale.
